This looks so alien but imagine the comfort you could find in it’s branches if you were small enough
I love reflections and though this might strike some as a lonely picture, I find it comforting that a tree is as resilient as this one.
Twisted trunks are always fascinating and this one seems to invite you onto it.
Green, I love green and the color of the light thrown through the leaves. It surrounds you in a calming comfort.
Can you imagine being on a train and riding through this natural tunnel?
Japanese Maple Tree, full of fire and the contrast between the leaves and the trunk is breathtaking.
Wanna take a stroll?
Faeries are hiding, can you see them?
If ever a home could be made in a tree I’m certain this tree would be the one I chose.
It’s a little spooky, a little sexy, and a lot beautiful.
Oh, to take a nap right here.
The beauty of the rainbow is all the riches I need.
Lush, so many shades of green, a little spooky.
Nature’s carpet is the most gorgeous thing around.
I want to walk these woods and let all the creatures in my imagination loose.
So cozy…perfect spot to nap.
Romance looks like this.
This stretch of forest must smell deliriously good.
What a perfect place to sit and write down one’s dreams.
Mmmmm, the moss looks soft enough to sleep on.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep. But I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep. -Robert Frost
I see this tree in my dreams.
All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. -J. R. R. Tolkien
Surreal, sad, and amazing. The resilience of trees floors me.
The blazing brilliance of autumn in the woods.
A faery trail…?
There is nothing quite as serene as the mountains in the spring.
Trees, where life begins, middles, and ends.
There is something about the continuation of lines and fierceness of these birds that draws me in.
In a sea of burnt orange, dusty green, and grey there is the prism of color only a rainbow can create.
Shamrock, thistle, and the plaid that binds them. ❤
The Canadien Rockies…definitely on my bucket list.
